Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.
Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:
Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund
Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Spirit of Freedom:
An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure.
20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice
100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice
All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.
Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.
Wildlife Coast Cruises:
Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary.
Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.
Koala and River Cruise by Mirimar Cruises:
Cancellations made within 24hrs of departure : No Refund.

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Whitsunday Segway Tours:
Prices are inclusive of GST and National Park management fees which help fund assistance to keep the National Park beautiful.
Cancellations made after 6pm the night before or ‘no show’ may incur a 100% charge. Management reserves the right to change or limit tour itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions. Cancellation by management is unlikely but if necessary clients will be offered an alternative day (if available) or full refund.
Liability: Clients should note that riding a Segway involves some risk. While we make every effort to safeguard our clients we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control.
Rider weight restrictions of between 45 and 117kg and age restrictions of 12 years old and above apply. A signed release will be required from all participants before riding the Segways. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to commencement of the tour.
Segway riders must be free of alcohol and other substances which may impair judgement and be able to stand unaided. You do not need any prior experience to participate in any activities on the Segway Tours.
Sky Dance Airways:
Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
